This full-time, third-shift position offers a salary range of $78,000 to $81,000 annually, plus a $3,000 annual bonus, reflecting the value GRUMA places on leadership and operational excellence. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years production experience in manufacturing plant
  • Bakery or food/beverage manufacturing preferred
  • At least 2 years supervisory experience or 4 years leading production
  • Bilingual Spanish/English required
  • Familiarity with regulatory inspections and quality systems
  • Ability to walk long distances and stand for long periods
  • Ability to work in dusty, noisy, hot, cold, and confined spaces
  • Ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
