Job Requirements
- Full availability including late nights and weekends
- Ability to cover varying schedules based on business needs
- Fluent in English
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions
- Adherence to uniform, grooming and hygiene standards
- Adherence to schedule and attendance at mandatory meetings
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Can work standing for at least 8 hours
- Ability to lift at least 40 pounds
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure environments
Job Qualifications
- Previous work experience in restaurant management
- Extensive knowledge of Squirrel POS
- Strong communication and management skills
- Guest service oriented
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Positive attitude and outgoing personality
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Multi-lingual skills desirable
Job Duties
- Directly responsible for guest needs and service in the restaurant and related areas
- Recruit and process staff for the outlet
- Initiate complete training for new staff including documentation and tests
- Ensure new employees receive training and are tested before shifts
- Work as a team and communicate with other F&B managers
- Maintain appearance and upkeep of responsibility areas
- Manage requisition and stocking of all products
- Ensure quality of food, beverage, and service
- Ensure sufficient shift coverage
- Oversee floor staff performance and conduct
- Delegate duties to facilitate daily operations
- Ensure compliance with uniform and grooming standards
- Complete end-of-shift paperwork including cash drops and logs
- Welcome guests and seat tables
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
