Job Description

The Shore and Country Club is seeking an energetic individual to oversee the food and beverage service for members and guests. Responsible for managing the daily operation of the Dining and Bar outlets at the Club, including hiring, training, and supervising service team members; service delivery; maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary restaurant; developing and implementing strategies to improve and enhance the dining experience; and developing and implementing employee incentive programs. The most critical relationship is that with the leadership team, ensuring a collaborative and harmonious relationship between front- and back-of-house operations.
