- Prepare and submit required reports timely
- Organize and conduct regular department meetings
- Ensure compliance with local liquor laws and health regulations
- Provide training and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
- Interview and hire front-of-house staff according to standards
- Attend pre-event and post-event meetings
- Equip employees to deliver exceptional dining experiences
- Develop strategies to support employee engagement
- Conduct inspections to maintain product consistency
- Create unforgettable dining experiences in restaurant and banquet facilities
