Job Duties
- Monitor industry trends and update cocktail lists and menu items as necessary
- Prepare the food and beverage budget and monitor department performance
- Work with the General Manager and communicate F&B issues
- Coordinate and monitor all phases of loss prevention in the F&B department
- Prepare and submit required reports timely
- Organize and conduct regular department meetings
- Ensure compliance with all local liquor laws and health and sanitation regulations
