The Front of House (FOH) Operations Manager position at Chick-fil-A is a critical role within the organization's structure. - Developing, supporting, and leading the Front of House Operations Leadership Team
- Ensuring consistent execution, adjustment, and implementation of systems in Front of House operations
- Managing daily scheduling including handling call-outs and team member requests
- Monitoring team member attendance and disciplinary issues
- Troubleshooting IT and operational issues in Front of House
- Collaborating with Kitchen Operations Leadership Team to ensure operational excellence
- Conducting inventory counts and serving as a point of contact during health and compliance visits
