OT Growth Partners is currently seeking enthusiastic, passionate, and personable individuals to join their team as Studio Associates. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about fitness and enjoy engaging with people. Studio Associates serve as the welcoming face of the studio, responsible for greeting members and guests with energy and enthusiasm, answering inquiries, conducting tours, and assisting prospective members by sharing the benefits of the Orangetheory workout. This is a front-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, positivity, and a customer-service-oriented mindset.

In this position, Studio Associates work closely with trainers to guide new members through their first workout experience and help facilitate a supportive and motivating atmosphere. They are also responsible for administrative duties such as answering phones, managing memberships, handling member concerns professionally, and participating in marketing and community outreach events. The ultimate goal is to drive membership sales, retain members, and contribute to the growth and success of the studio.

Job Duties

  • Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
  • presenting the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested consumers
  • working at the front desk including answering phones and talking to members
  • giving studio tours
  • collaborating with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
  • selling memberships to help the studio thrive
  • following up on prospective clients
  • handling members' concerns professionally and objectively
  • participating in marketing and outreach events
  • ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
  • performing all other duties as assigned
