Studio Associates serve as the welcoming face of the studio, responsible for greeting members and guests with energy and enthusiasm, answering inquiries, conducting tours, and assisting prospective members by sharing the benefits of the Orangetheory workout. This is a front-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, positivity, and a customer-service-oriented mindset.

In this position, Studio Associates work closely with trainers to guide new members through their first workout experience and help facilitate a supportive and motivating atmosphere. They are also responsible for administrative duties such as answering phones, managing memberships, handling member concerns professionally, and participating in marketing and community outreach events. The ultimate goal is to drive membership sales, retain members, and contribute to the growth and success of the studio.
