As a Guest Service Expert at Sheraton, you will be at the forefront of delivering excellent hospitality that goes beyond simply serving food and drinks. This is a dynamic and customer-focused role essential for ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting positive impression. The Guest Service Expert is responsible for a variety of tasks that all contribute to the seamless flow of service. These include setting tables to the highest standard, opening channels of communication with the kitchen, engaging warmly with guests, serving meals with enthusiasm and care, and maintaining cleanliness in work areas and supplies. Each of these responsibilities helps transform typical transactions into memorable moments by ensuring guests feel attended to and valued.

This position demands a proactive and hands-on approach as you will be on your feet for prolonged periods, moving efficiently across different environments that may consist of sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces. Physical agility is vital since you will frequently perform tasks involving lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance. The role also requires the ability to bend, twist, pull, stoop, and reach overhead or below the knees, contributing to overall operational efficiency. This physicality supports the goal of crafting an inviting environment where guests receive attentive and thoughtful service.

Job Requirements
