Job Requirements
- Be 21 years or older
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a related industry
- Serve confidently as the primary field authority and on-site contact
- Meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Maintain reliable transportation to and from work locations
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Be able to travel frequently as required
- Motivate and guide the team to ensure event safety and success
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Proficiency in managing logistics and transportation of event assets
- Experience in maintaining high standards of quality and safety during events
- Comfortable driving large vehicles such as box trucks or panel vans
Job Duties
- Travel to event locations and drive large vehicles such as box trucks or panel vans
- Load and unload event assets including equipment and marketing materials
- Set up event spaces to ensure visual and functional excellence
- Manage and direct the use of event resources including labor and equipment
- Oversee on-site event coordination and administration
- Maintain quality assurance through monitoring event aesthetics and consumer interactions
- Document events through comprehensive reporting and photographic evidence
