We are currently seeking a dynamic Field Event Manager to join our expanding team. This role is essential in driving the successful execution of promotional events nationwide. The Field Event Manager acts as the primary on-site specialist responsible for flawless event management and quality assurance. This position requires significant travel and the ability to drive large vehicles such as box trucks or panel vans. You will be responsible for loading and unloading event assets, setting up the event space, and managing resources including equipment and labor to maximize the impact of the brand message and achieve campaign objectives. A key part of the role involves maintaining a high standard of quality concerning the visual aesthetics of the event setup, entertainment value including sound and visuals, and ensuring effective consumer interactions.

The Field Event Manager works closely with clients and brand representatives to oversee all aspects of the event from start to finish. You will be responsible for documenting the event through detailed reporting and photographs to provide valuable insights for future improvements. Leadership skills are crucial, as you will motivate and support your team to guarantee every event is conducted safely and effectively.
