The current opportunity is part of a hiring event offering positions in warehouse roles with competitive hourly wages ranging from $26 to $36, depending on experience and shift. Available roles include Warehouse Employee for both morning and night shifts, and an Apprentice for Warehouse Management on the night shift. These roles provide excellent earning potential with opportunities for overtime and career growth. The morning shift hours typically run Monday through Friday from 10:30 AM to 7 PM, while night shifts operate Sunday through Thursday with two schedule options: 7 PM to 3:30 AM or 9 PM to 5:30 AM.

Warehouse Employees will be responsible for verifying and unloading supplier orders, loading trailers with products for customers, and maintaining high work standards every day. Candidates should be able to lift and handle packages weighing between 50 to 70 pounds (23 to 32 kilograms) consistently and operate warehouse equipment up to heights of 30 feet (9 meters). A high school diploma or equivalent is required. The Apprentice for Warehouse Management role is designed as an 18-month rotational management training program. It offers hands-on training across all warehouse equipment and departments including receiving, shipping, and back-up operations. Apprentices develop management skills aimed at maintaining exceptional accuracy, safety, and productivity in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Completion of forklift and equipment certifications through rotational positions is part of the program. A college degree is preferred, and candidates must demonstrate quick learning ability, teamwork, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Uline invests heavily in its employees by providing top-tier training, modern facilities, and a gym to foster potential development. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package including an insurance plan and 401(k) with a 6% company match starting from day one. Various bonus programs, paid holidays, and vacation days are also included. Additionally, Uline supports ongoing professional education through its Educational Assistance Program.

This hiring fair will be held at 3002 128th Avenue, Kenosha, WI 53144 on Friday, June 12, from 3 PM to 6 PM. Both registered candidates and walk-ins are welcome.
