Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in food and beverage management or equivalent educational credentials
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications
- At least 3 years of progressive management experience in a hotel or free-standing restaurant
- Or a 4-year college degree with at least 1 year of F&B management experience
- Or a 2-year college degree with 2 or more years of F&B management experience
- Knowledge of F&B preparation techniques and food safety
- Familiarity with liquor laws and health regulations
- Ability to learn hotel operational procedures and service standards
- Demonstrated understanding of hospitality operations and guest service principles
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Friendly, courteous, and service-oriented demeanor
- Experience conducting staff training and performance evaluations

Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of the daily operation of the breakfast program(s) and meeting space events
- Supervise food and beverage personnel
- Respond to guest complaints in a timely manner
- Work with other department managers and keep them informed of issues as they arise
- Keep immediate supervisor fully informed of all problems or matters requiring attention
- Manage meeting room setups and event operations including equipment and service requirements
- Share client feedback to improve service and quality
- Prepare and submit required operational reports timely
- Ensure compliance with local liquor laws, health, and sanitation regulations
- Be visible on the floor and assist staff during meal periods or events
- Conduct staff performance reviews and training
- Interview candidates and manage hiring approvals
- Complete tip reporting
- Implement and monitor corporate promotions
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
