Situated in the vibrant heart of midtown Manhattan, next door to one another on 44th Street, Millennium Premier and Millennium Times Square hotels offer prime locations just steps away from Times Square, Broadway, Radio City Music Hall, and Rockefeller Center. Millennium Premier is a newly renovated four-star boutique-style hotel featuring 124 well-appointed rooms and an exclusive private lounge for guests. Millennium Times Square boasts 626 spacious guest rooms and suites, some offering breathtaking views of Times Square, along with function spaces and a soon-to-be-reopened restaurant and bar in Fall 2026.
The Food & Beverage Manager role at these prestigious properties is critical to ensuring the smooth, profitable, and high-quality operation of all F&B outlets. This position is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and directing daily F&B outlet operations while maintaining excellent product and service standards. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by marketing innovative ideas, reducing employee turnover, managing revenue and payroll budgets, and consistently ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This full-time, yearly compensated role requires exceptional leadership skills, operational expertise, and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality and compliance standards in all F&B aspects.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in food and beverage management or related hospitality roles
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- In-depth knowledge of food safety, health and sanitation regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in preparing reports and managing budgets
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Willingness to participate in training and professional development
- Commitment to uphold company standards and promote team collaboration
- Physical ability to be on feet for extended periods
- Familiarity with local liquor laws
- Experience in loss prevention procedures

- Ability to identify problem areas and assist in implementing solutions for productivity improvement
- Proficiency in handling and solving problems including anticipating and preventing issues
- Skill in understanding and evaluating complex information and data from various sources
- Capacity to maintain confidentiality of information
- Ability to maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times
Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of the daily operation of the outlet
- Supervise outlet personnel
- Respond to guest complaints in a timely manner
- Work with other F&B managers and keep them informed of issues as they arise
- Keep immediate supervisor fully informed of all problems or matters requiring his/her attention
- Assist in coordinating and monitoring all phases of loss prevention in the outlet
- Prepare and submit required reports in a timely manner
- Ensure preparation of required reports, including wage progress, payroll, revenue, employee schedules, quarterly action plans
- Monitor quality of service in F&B outlet
- Assist in menu planning and preparation
- Ensure compliance with all local liquor laws, and health and sanitation regulations
- Ensure compliance with SOPs in all outlets
- Ensure compliance with requisition procedures
- Be visible on the floor and assist staff as needed during each meal period
- Conduct staff performance reviews in accordance with Highgate Hotel standards
- Ensure the training of employees on SOPs and technical job tasks
- Be involved in and/or conduct departmental and hotel training (CARE, One to One), etc.
- Interview candidates for front-of-house F&B positions and follow standards for hiring approvals
- Complete tip reporting
- Understand, implement and monitor corporate promotions in outlet (if applicable), including buffet and three-meal concept standards
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
