Job Requirements
- 3+ years of restaurant management
- Polished casual, upscale or fine dining experience preferred
- Experience in scratch kitchen environments preferred
- Stable job history
- Solid business acumen including P&L, scheduling and inventory management
- High School diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum three years of restaurant management experience
- Experience in polished casual, upscale or fine dining environments
- Knowledge of scratch kitchen operations
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage P&L and operational budgets
