The Experience Center Supervisor at Lutron plays a crucial role in owning and managing the full lifecycle of the Experience Center’s operations. This role is vital to driving traffic, supporting sales efforts, and delivering memorable customer experiences that strengthen the Lutron brand and contribute to business growth. The supervisor leverages organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities, execute impactful events, and engage with diverse audiences. Their responsibilities include partnering with sales teams and dealers to activate customer engagement, planning regional events to enhance brand awareness, expanding market reach by targeting new customer segments, and conducting high-quality product demonstrations.

In addition to customer engagement, the Supervisor showcases technical expertise by tailoring Lutron solutions to meet varying customer needs and supports training initiatives in collaboration with the Lutron Commercial Interiors (LCI) team. Maintaining brand excellence within the Experience Center is another key focus, ensuring that the facility reflects the company’s world-class standards. Operational management responsibilities include budget coordination, facility improvements, and overseeing on-site initiatives. The role also involves tracking and analyzing visitor data using CRM platforms like Salesforce, reporting insights, contributing to cross-center initiatives, and ultimately managing performance goals that drive measurable business results. This position offers a starting annual pay range of $85,000 to $120,000 with comprehensive benefits such as 401k match, health, dental, life insurance, paid vacation, flexible spending accounts, and tuition reimbursement programs. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required with minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in lighting control, architectural design, lighting design, interior design, or related industry
  • Previous experience in customer engagement, sales support, hospitality, retail, or experience center operations preferred
  • Experience using CRM platforms including Salesforce preferred
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
  • Lutron does not offer work visa sponsorship for this position

Job Qualifications
