Job Requirements
- Ability to work clean and organized while leading a team
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds frequently
- Ability to work more than 50 hours per week
- Knowledge of safety and hygiene protocols
- Working knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Candidates must reside in local markets with Mina Group operations
Job Qualifications
- Four years of experience in a fine dining high volume kitchen
- At least one year of experience in a leadership role
- Culinary degree preferred
- Advanced knowledge of kitchen fundamentals including knife skills, butchery, sauces, and station operation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of financial reporting and analysis
- Ability to develop and mentor staff
- Spanish language skills a plus
Job Duties
- Lead all culinary operations across owned and RMA properties
- Mentor kitchen staff with hands-on guidance and training
- Collaborate with executive chefs and corporate teams to ensure restaurant success
- Manage inventory control and labor cost effectively
- Maintain high standards of kitchen safety and hygiene
- Analyze financial reports and operational data
- Assist in opening new restaurant locations
