Job Description
The Executive Sous Chef at Oracle Park, home of the San Francisco Giants, plays a key leadership role in managing all back-of-house culinary operations, ensuring consistent food quality, safety standards adherence, and efficient service across stadium food venues. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills in a union environment, maintaining positive labor relations and resolving disputes professionally.
Job Requirements
- Culinary degree or equivalent hands-on experience required
- 10+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience in high-volume venues such as sports arenas, convention centers, casinos, or hotels preferred
- experience in or managing a union kitchen environment required
- excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
- proficient in large-scale production, premium service, and catering operations
- strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines (ServSafe certification preferred)
- flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to provide culinary support to Aramark accounts locally and nationally
