Job Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of management experience in an Executive Sous Chef or similar leadership role within a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Strong passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences through food
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong culinary fundamentals including ingredient sourcing, cooking techniques, preparation methods, and kitchen operations
- NYC Department of Health Food Protection Certification required
- Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation standards, and operational best practices
- Experience leading, mentoring, and developing kitchen teams
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Oversee daily kitchen operations ensuring food quality and consistency

- Manage food ordering, inventory, and prep systems efficiently
- Collaborate with Front of House leadership to ensure smooth service execution
