- advanced knife-handling skills

- current ServSafe certification or PA Food Handlers

- ability to confidently work all stations

- experience in staff education

Job Duties
- Lead kitchen operations and manage all cooking stations
- develop innovative menu items and collaborate with local purveyors and farmers
- maintain food safety standards and ensure all staff have up-to-date food safety knowledge
- manage food budgeting and optimize food costs
- train and educate kitchen staff to maintain high performance
- uphold professional demeanor and maintain a calm, respectful working environment
- ensure quality control and consistency in food preparation
