Job Requirements

  • At least three years of high-volume restaurant management experience
  • Proven understanding of business operations and financials
  • Ability to manage scheduling and daily shift planning
  • Strong knowledge of flavors and ingredient characteristics
  • Capability to maintain product quality and cleanliness
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Familiarity with POS systems and online reservation tools
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • More than three years of high-volume restaurant management experience
  • In-depth knowledge of business operations and financial metrics
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Expertise in food quality control and sanitation standards
  • Proficiency with POS and digital reservation systems

  • Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
  • Manage on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
  • Understand POS systems and OpenTable or other digital/online reservation systems
  • Coach, lead and develop restaurant team
  • Drive continuous improvement
