Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years culinary experience in a world-class hotel
  • At least 1 year in a similar leadership role
  • Previous experience in upscale restaurant or hotel environment
  • Apprenticeship or college-level culinary accreditation
  • Valid Red Seal certificate
  • Legal eligibility to work in the USA
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability
  • Commitment to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety
  • Ability to lead and inspire culinary teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
