Job Requirements
- 4+ years of extensive culinary experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant kitchens
- deep understanding of fine dining standards, plating techniques, and service coordination
- skilled in managing kitchen operations with consistency and precision
- excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
- ability to remain composed and focused during high-pressure service periods
- familiarity with inventory control, cost management, and waste reduction strategies
- culinary degree or equivalent training preferred
- ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for extended periods
- adherence to company grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards.
