Job Requirements

  • deep understanding of fine dining standards, plating techniques, and service coordination
  • skilled in managing kitchen operations with consistency and precision
  • excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
  • ability to remain composed and focused during high-pressure service periods
  • familiarity with inventory control, cost management, and waste reduction strategies
  • culinary degree or equivalent training preferred
  • ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • adherence to company grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards.
