Job Description
Landry's is currently hiring for the position of Kitchen Supervisor / Cook at their establishment. The Executive Sous Chef will lead the culinary team in creating innovative dishes, oversee food preparation and presentation, ensure quality and consistency in all menu items, collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop new recipes, train and mentor kitchen staff, and maintain inventory while controlling food costs.
