The Executive Kitchen Manager position at Tender Greens plays a vital role in the successful operation of the restaurant. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High-volume restaurant experience preferred

  • ongoing current Food Safety Manager certification

Job Duties

  • completing safety training

  • reporting guest and employee injuries
  • directing cleaning services
  • overseeing health department visits
  • managing ordering of supplies and inventory
  • approving invoices and uploading inventory data
  • maintaining purchase tracker and controlling operating costs

  • demonstrating strong P&L awareness and strategizing improvements
  • supporting operations to meet standards
  • shift execution for efficient operation and hospitality
