Job Qualifications
- 5+ years in senior living leadership
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field
- 3+ years of sales experience in senior living
- Proven sales success and networking skills
- Degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts
- 3+ years in food and beverage management
- Culinary degree or equivalent
- 5+ years culinary experience, 2+ in leadership
Job Duties
- Role: Lead operations, staff, and resident satisfaction while ensuring compliance and financial success
- Director of Sales and Marketing
- Role: Drive occupancy through sales strategies and community outreach
- Food and Beverage Director
- Role: Oversee dining operations and elevate resident dining experiences
- Culinary Director/Executive Chef
- Role: Create nutritious, appealing menus and manage kitchen operations
- Resident Care Director: Lead clinical care and wellness programs
- Activities Director: Plan engaging resident activities
- Maintenance Director: Manage facility safety and upkeep
