Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years in senior living leadership
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field
  • 3+ years of sales experience in senior living
  • Proven sales success and networking skills
  • Degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts
  • 3+ years in food and beverage management
  • Culinary degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years culinary experience, 2+ in leadership
