Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • relevant professional experience in senior living or related field
  • demonstrated leadership abilities
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • knowledge of senior care protocols and compliance standards
  • proactive problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree or higher, master's preferred for executive director
  • 5+ years of senior living leadership experience for executive director
  • bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field for sales and marketing director
  • 3+ years of senior living sales experience
  • degree in hospitality or culinary arts for food and beverage director
  • 3+ years of management experience in food and beverage
  • culinary degree or equivalent for culinary director/executive chef
  • 5+ years culinary experience with 2+ years in leadership
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • experience in senior living preferred

Job Duties

  • lead operations and staff management to ensure resident satisfaction
  • ensure compliance with regulatory standards and financial success
  • drive occupancy through innovative sales and marketing strategies
  • oversee dining operations and enhance resident dining experiences
  • create nutritious and appealing menus while managing kitchen staff

  • manage facility safety and upkeep to provide a secure environment
