Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of Tex-Mex cuisine and culinary techniques is preferred
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Creativity and innovation in menu development
  • Strong understanding of food cost control and kitchen management
  • Food Safety Manager Certification (ServSafe or equivalent) is a plus
  • Passion for delivering an exceptional dining experience to our customers
