Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Strong knowledge of Tex-Mex cuisine and culinary techniques is preferred
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Creativity and innovation in menu development
- Strong understanding of food cost control and kitchen management
- Food Safety Manager Certification (ServSafe or equivalent) is a plus
- Passion for delivering an exceptional dining experience to our customers
