Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 years BOH restaurant management experience
  • At least 8 years as an Executive Chef in upscale, full-service settings
  • Experience in Italian and Steakhouse cuisine
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to manage large-scale events
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Willingness to travel during the off-season
  • Flexibility to adapt to fast-paced environments
  • Passion for culinary excellence

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 12 years of BOH restaurant management experience
  • Executive Chef level for 8 of these years
  • Must have upscale, full-service restaurant experience
  • Italian and Steakhouse experience preferred
  • Experience overseeing more than one restaurant concept
  • In-depth knowledge of emerging food trends and marketing concepts
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Creative menu development skills
  • Financial management skills
  • Ability to travel during off-season (November-March)
  • Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced environments
  • Passion for culinary arts and team development

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with ownership to create contemporary and classic menu offerings
  • Oversee food presentations of the highest level
  • Responsible for the day-to-day culinary operations
  • Design and manage creative events for up to 600 guests
  • Provide thought leadership on food trends and menu development
  • Complete P&L ownership and vendor management
  • Mentor, lead, and develop the BOH team
