  • Strong organizational, leadership, and mentorship skills
  • High attention to detail and pride in presentation and product
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, diverse environment
  • Knowledge of sushi, global cuisine, and modern cooking trends

  • Support a newly reimagined menu featuring sushi and globally inspired offerings
  • Build, train, and develop a high-performance culinary team
  • Collaborate with leadership on new initiatives and theme nights
  • Oversee food quality, sanitation, safety, inventory, and cost control
  • Drive efficiencies in labor and food costs while maintaining world-class food standards
