This role demands balancing elite culinary craftsmanship with strong financial acumen to maintain profitability without sacrificing quality.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing a large, multi-concept culinary team, cultivating a culture of excellence and innovation. They will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and distinctiveness of our high-end Italian and premium Japanese culinary offerings by implementing best practices in kitchen operations and food preparation. The Executive Chef will also drive strong financial stewardship including inventory management, labor cost control, and enhancing labor-to-revenue efficiency, ensuring that all culinary operations meet or exceed luxury standards and comply with rigorous health protocols.
This leadership role goes beyond day-to-day kitchen management; it involves active mentorship, strategic operational planning, and upholding the highest quality standards known in the luxury hospitality industry. Candidates must demonstrate extensive experience in managing substantial food and beverage volumes in prestigious settings such as ultra-luxury hotels, elite membership clubs, or Michelin-starred dining establishments.
