Job Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Leadership qualities
  • Experience in high-volume operations
  • Knowledge of cleanliness, health, and safety standards
  • Familiarity with P&L management and inventory control
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Local candidates highly preferred

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role such as Chef de Cuisine, Executive Sous Chef, Executive Chef, Head Chef, Executive Kitchen Manager
  • Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
  • Experience in high-volume operations
  • Proven ability in creating a positive and fun work environment
  • Exceptional standards for cleanliness, health, and safety
  • Expert knowledge and fluency in P&L management, inventory control, and cost management
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Proactively managing costs and budgets
  • Ensuring that all food meets the highest standards of quality and consistency
  • Maintaining proper ordering, inventory, and P&Ls
  • Staff management including scheduling, hiring, training
  • Lead and mentor a strong team while fostering an upbeat, positive work environment
  • Ensuring best practices for safety and sanitation in the kitchen
