Job Requirements
- 3+ years experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership qualities
- Experience in high-volume operations
- Knowledge of cleanliness, health, and safety standards
- Familiarity with P&L management and inventory control
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Local candidates highly preferred
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in a similar role such as Chef de Cuisine, Executive Sous Chef, Executive Chef, Head Chef, Executive Kitchen Manager
- Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
- Experience in high-volume operations
- Proven ability in creating a positive and fun work environment
- Exceptional standards for cleanliness, health, and safety
- Expert knowledge and fluency in P&L management, inventory control, and cost management
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Proactively managing costs and budgets
- Ensuring that all food meets the highest standards of quality and consistency
- Maintaining proper ordering, inventory, and P&Ls
- Staff management including scheduling, hiring, training
- Lead and mentor a strong team while fostering an upbeat, positive work environment
- Ensuring best practices for safety and sanitation in the kitchen
