Job Requirements
- 3+ years experience in a similar executive chef or kitchen leadership role
- excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
- experience managing high-volume restaurant operations
- knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- proficiency in budget management, inventory control, and cost analysis
- ability to mentor and develop kitchen staff effectively
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- local candidates highly preferred
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in a similar role such as Chef de Cuisine, Executive Sous Chef, Exec Chef, Head Chef, or Executive Kitchen Manager
- Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
- Experience in high-volume operations
- Proven methods in creating a positive and fun work environment
- Exceptional standards for cleanliness, health, and safety
- Expert knowledge and full fluency in P&L management, inventory, and cost controls
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Proactively managing costs and budgets
- Ensuring that all food meets the highest standards of quality and consistency
- Maintaining proper ordering, inventory, and P&Ls
- Staff management including scheduling, hiring, and training
- Lead and mentor a strong team while fostering an upbeat, positive work environment
- Ensuring best practices for safety and sanitation in the kitchen
