Job Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in a similar executive chef or kitchen leadership role
  • excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
  • experience managing high-volume restaurant operations
  • knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
  • proficiency in budget management, inventory control, and cost analysis
  • ability to mentor and develop kitchen staff effectively
  • flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • local candidates highly preferred

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role such as Chef de Cuisine, Executive Sous Chef, Exec Chef, Head Chef, or Executive Kitchen Manager
  • Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
  • Experience in high-volume operations
  • Proven methods in creating a positive and fun work environment
  • Exceptional standards for cleanliness, health, and safety
  • Expert knowledge and full fluency in P&L management, inventory, and cost controls
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Proactively managing costs and budgets
  • Ensuring that all food meets the highest standards of quality and consistency
  • Maintaining proper ordering, inventory, and P&Ls
  • Staff management including scheduling, hiring, and training
  • Lead and mentor a strong team while fostering an upbeat, positive work environment
