Job Requirements

minimum 3 years of general manager experience
strong back of house leadership experience, including kitchen operations and food cost control
proven ability to manage seasonal menu changes, team training, and execution
capable of driving performance and culture across both front-of-house and back-of-house teams

skilled in profit and loss management
