Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Two (2) to four (4) years experience supervising and managing kitchen staff in a high-volume kitchen
- Culinary arts courses/certifications or related degree preferred
- Exude confidence in cooking skills
- Good people management, communication, and listening skills
- Proven ability to lead a team and communicate effectively
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for teaching others
