Job Description
The Chef position at a high-volume kitchen requires overseeing day-to-day culinary operations, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, managing inventory, ensuring staff compliance, and providing excellent customer service.
Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Two (2) to four (4) years experience supervising kitchen staff and managing inventory in a high-volume kitchen
- Confidence in cooking skills
- People management, communication, and listening skills
- Ability to lead and communicate efficiently
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- Time management, organizational skills, and a passion for teaching others
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
