Job Description

Unidine, an industry-leading hospitality food service group, is looking for an energetic and entrepreneurial Executive Chef II to lead kitchen operations and maintain a safe and sanitary environment for the staff. Unidine is committed to scratch cooking, innovative programs, and modernizing dining experiences across the nation.

Job Requirements

  • A.S. or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of three to five years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience
  • Extensive catering experience a plus
  • High volume, complex foodservice operations experience highly desirable
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
  • Must be experienced with computers, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Outlook, Email, and the Internet
  • ServSafe certified highly desirable
