Executive Chef ("Chef Ejecutivo")

Azul Hospitality is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Chef to oversee food preparation, production, menu development, and maintain high culinary standards at the hotel's food outlets and banquet facilities. The ideal candidate will lead culinary and stewarding teams, create new menus, supervise food preparation, ensure compliance with safety standards, and manage overall profitability, among other responsibilities.
