Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 5 years of experience in a culinary leadership role
- strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- ability to lead and develop diverse teams
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in culinary financial management
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- manage all culinary operations including recipe execution and financial profitability
- ensure staffing levels meet operational needs
- enforce compliance with White Lodging SOPs and local and federal food safety guidelines
- serve as a subject matter expert in food handling, preparation, and presentation
- lead, coach, mentor, and develop culinary team members
- collaborate with sales, marketing, event management, and other hotel departments
- oversee ordering, recipe marketing, cost controls, and profitability
- participate in monthly and year-end financial reporting and processes
