Job Requirements

A 2-year, 3-year, or 4-year culinary degree and a minimum of 5 years progressive experience in a luxury hotel or related field
Forbes Luxury Standard and/or Michelin Star Award and/or AAA Five Diamond experience required
Previous executive responsibility necessary
Knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules, liquor laws, and regulations
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or 20 pounds frequently or constantly
Effective communication skills verbally and in writing, ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and handle problems efficiently
Maintain confidentiality, attend meetings, and comply with hotel standards
