Job Requirements

  • A 2-year, 3-year, or 4-year culinary degree and a minimum of 5 years progressive experience in a luxury hotel or related field
  • Forbes Luxury Standard and/or Michelin Star Award and/or AAA Five Diamond experience required
  • Previous executive responsibility necessary
  • Knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules, liquor laws, and regulations
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or 20 pounds frequently or constantly
  • Effective communication skills verbally and in writing, ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and handle problems efficiently
  • Maintain confidentiality, attend meetings, and comply with hotel standards
