- minimum 3 years management experience
- minimum 3 years work experience in food or culinary services
- strong culinary background
- menu planning skills
- management experience
- proficient computer skills
- organizational skills
- ServSafe certification
- knowledge of HAACP
- Certified Executive Chef a plus
Job Qualifications

- minimum 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts
- strong culinary background with ability to produce and present high quality food
- menu planning experience and understanding of culinary trends
- strong management skills
- proficient computer skills
- organizational and detail-focused abilities
- ServSafe Certification
- working knowledge of HAACP
- Certified Executive Chef (C.E.C.) preferred
Job Duties
- implement and standardize all culinary systems and procedures for hospital
- manage, direct, and mentor frontline staff
- procurement and purchasing
- create menus based on client needs
- implement innovative and fresh ideas in retail, catering, and patient services
- create interpersonal relationships with clients
