Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum of 2 years management experience
- minimum of 2 years culinary or food service experience
- strong culinary background in catering and banquets
- ability to lead and train diverse teams
- focus on food safety and sanitation
- experience managing food and labor costs
- knowledge of food allergens and special dietary needs
- ServSafe certification preferred
- strong analytical and financial skills
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience

- minimum of 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, or institutional services
- strong culinary background with catering and banquet experience
- emphasis on food presentation, quality, execution, menu design, and implementation
- excellent customer service skills
- proven leadership and team supervision experience
- understanding of food allergens and special dietary needs
- ServSafe certification and culinary degree preferred
- strong financial and analytical skills
Job Duties
- Follow culinary trends and innovate using local sustainable food sources
- translate ideas into unique menu and recipe programs to advance culinary experience
- manage and communicate effectively with culinary staff, catering staff, and management teams
- provide hands-on leadership in daily operations
- train catering staff in cooking techniques, plate presentation, quality, and safety
- manage food costs, labor, and controllable expenses with proven results
- ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
