Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Expertise in culinary techniques and food trends
  • Commitment to food safety and sanitation
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and oversee all back-of-house culinary operations including menu planning, recipe execution, food safety, and sanitation
  • Train, mentor, and develop culinary staff, fostering a positive and engaging team culture
  • Champion sustainability initiatives and support local sourcing and purchasing programs
  • Ensure compliance with Sodexo’s culinary standards and client expectations
  • Maintain strong on-the-floor leadership presence during service to ensure quality and consistency
  • Manage ordering, inventory, and food cost control to achieve financial goals
  • Partner with front-of-house teams to deliver a cohesive and memorable guest experience
