Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years management experience
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
- Strong leadership skills
- Expertise in culinary techniques and food trends
- Commitment to food safety and sanitation
- Excellent organizational and communication skills

Job Duties
- Lead and oversee all back-of-house culinary operations including menu planning, recipe execution, food safety, and sanitation
- Train, mentor, and develop culinary staff, fostering a positive and engaging team culture
- Champion sustainability initiatives and support local sourcing and purchasing programs
- Ensure compliance with Sodexo’s culinary standards and client expectations
- Maintain strong on-the-floor leadership presence during service to ensure quality and consistency
- Manage ordering, inventory, and food cost control to achieve financial goals
- Partner with front-of-house teams to deliver a cohesive and memorable guest experience
