- associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 2 years of management experience
- minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in food or culinary services
- ability to manage a team effectively
- strong communication skills
- hands-on culinary expertise
- capability to handle food safety and sanitation protocols
- flexible with predominantly Monday to Friday schedule
- ability to interact professionally with clients
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- menu planning
- ordering
- inventory management
- managing food and labor cost
- hands on cooking approximately 60 percent of the time
- catering production
- ensuring safety and sanitation standards
- managing a team of 10 hourly employees including 7 cooks, 2 utility workers, and 1 pantry attendant
- ensuring food quality and presentation
