Job Requirements
- minimum education requirement associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum management experience 2 years
- minimum functional experience 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
- positive can do attitude and commitment to customers, clients and colleagues
- absolute pride in the quality of food, service and presentation
- keen but respectful sense of humor and ability to have fun at work
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- ensure all food always looks and tastes great and is visually appetizing when served
- demonstrate strong all-round culinary ability and craft skills in all areas of professional cookery including main courses, salads, sauce work, and pastry and baking
- apply strong knowledge of food and cook using multiple styles of cuisine
- recognize and react to contemporary culinary trends
- use correct food terminology and cooking methods
- continually seek new recipes and ideas to improve food quality and service
- play a key role in mentoring culinary personnel
