The Executive Chef role at Fox Meadow Country Club is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing all culinary operations and setting the standard for food quality and innovation within the club. This hands-on leader will develop seasonal, scratch-driven menus for a la carte dining, banquets, and special events that balance classic club favorites with fresh, modern cuisine. The Executive Chef will lead culinary programming, including themed dining nights and member events, ensuring every dish meets the highest standards of taste, presentation, and consistency. In addition to menu development, the role involves managing back-of-house kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining kitchen equipment, and fostering a safe and efficient working environment.

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a private club, upscale restaurant, or resort
  • strong culinary background with emphasis on scratch cuisine
  • demonstrated leadership abilities in managing culinary teams
  • solid financial management skills including budgeting and cost control
  • excellent organizational and communication skills
  • ability to work effectively in a high-expectation, member-focused setting
  • culinary degree preferred but not required
