Located atop a scenic hill with panoramic views of its renowned golf course and Armstrong Pond, the club offers an elegant yet comfortable environment. It harmonizes timeless traditions with a relaxed social setting that accommodates members across generations. Members enjoy a variety of activities throughout the year including junior sports academies, swim teams, holiday celebrations, and social events. The club prides itself on fostering meaningful connections among members, creating a vibrant, active lifestyle centered on sports, dining, and community engagement. The Executive Chef at Spring Brook will act as a strategic partner with the club's General Manager and other department heads, contributing to the club's overall food and beverage vision. The role calls for maintaining composure under pressure while managing complex event services, making decisive, clear-headed decisions, and maintaining excellent communication across teams. This position also involves in-depth fiscal management to meet operational and capital budget goals, as well as a commitment to food safety and sanitation standards.

Visibility and member interaction are crucial elements of this position. The Executive Chef will engage directly with members to understand their preferences, dietary needs, and feedback, tailoring offerings to enhance member satisfaction and loyalty. A problem-solver and adept conflict manager, the Executive Chef will efficiently address any issues or complaints, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for all. Time management and the ability to balance the demands of multiple dining outlets simultaneously are essential to succeeding in this dynamic role.

This is a unique opportunity for a culinary professional to leave a lasting impact on a storied private club with a warm, welcoming culture.
