Job Requirements

  • minimum of 5 years leadership and management experience in hospitality
  • knowledge of food safety regulations
  • ability to train and lead kitchen staff
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • ability to work under pressure and manage multiple outlets

  • proficiency in fiscal management
  • commitment to member satisfaction and engagement

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 5 years progressive leadership and management experience in a hospitality environment
  • experience in private clubs preferred
  • food safety certification
  • degree from a post-secondary culinary arts program a plus
  • certification from American Culinary Federation or other hospitality association a plus

Job Duties

  • oversee all aspects of the culinary program and member dining outlets
  • manage preparation and execution of food for club events and celebrations
  • maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • develop, hire, train, and mentor kitchen staff
  • establish and enforce standard operating procedures and recipes
  • collaborate with club management for financial and operational success
  • ensure food safety and sanitation compliance
