Job Requirements
- minimum of 5 years leadership and management experience in hospitality
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- ability to train and lead kitchen staff
- strong communication and organizational skills
- ability to work under pressure and manage multiple outlets

- proficiency in fiscal management
- commitment to member satisfaction and engagement
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 5 years progressive leadership and management experience in a hospitality environment
- experience in private clubs preferred
- food safety certification
- degree from a post-secondary culinary arts program a plus
- certification from American Culinary Federation or other hospitality association a plus
Job Duties
- oversee all aspects of the culinary program and member dining outlets
- manage preparation and execution of food for club events and celebrations
- maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- develop, hire, train, and mentor kitchen staff
- establish and enforce standard operating procedures and recipes
- collaborate with club management for financial and operational success
- ensure food safety and sanitation compliance
