Job Requirements

  • 3-5 plus years supervisory experience as sous chef or executive chef
  • high volume background
  • institutional facility or multi-outlet experience preferred
  • impeccable communication skills
  • strong restaurant management knowledge
  • thorough knowledge of menu implementation with stunning presentation ideas
  • strong catering experience
  • culinary degree strongly preferred

Job Qualifications

  • strong background in contract foodservice leadership with senior living or healthcare preferred
  • proven ability to lead multiple units and teams with limited oversight
  • comfortable with up to 85 percent travel and flexible with some weekend assignments
  • based within driving distance of Pittsburgh, PA
  • ServSafe certified
  • culinary or dietetic background a plus

Job Duties

  • travel to multiple accounts to provide leadership, training, and operational support
  • ensure consistency in service delivery, food quality, and compliance across locations
  • mentor and coach on-site teams to drive performance and elevate resident satisfaction
  • assist with opening new accounts, transitions, and special projects
  • step in as interim support during staffing gaps or operational needs
