Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in culinary arts or hospitality management
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in executive culinary leadership
  • Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and achieving financial targets
  • Knowledge of local and federal food safety regulations
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and develop diverse teams
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Oversee all culinary operations within the hotel or outlet including recipe execution, financial profitability, staffing, SOP compliance, and regulatory adherence
  • Serve as a hands-on subject matter expert for safe and quality food handling, preparation, and presentation
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop culinary associates to maintain high engagement, reduce turnover, and support internal promotions
  • Foster productive relationships with Sales & Marketing, Event Management, FOH team, owners, business partners, and vendors
  • Manage ordering, preparation, marketing, and recipe execution while controlling costs associated with culinary profitability
  • Participate actively in property-specific monthly and year-end financial processes and reporting
  • Ensure all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are met and maintained
