Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in culinary arts or hospitality management
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in executive culinary leadership
- Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and achieving financial targets
- Knowledge of local and federal food safety regulations
- Ability to lead, mentor, and develop diverse teams
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Experience leading and developing culinary teams
- Proficiency in culinary financial management and menu creation
- Ability to solve complex problems and develop creative solutions
- Hands-on approach to systems and processes
- Strong observational skills related to food quality, service readiness, inventory, safety, and sanitation
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality or culinary industry
Job Duties
- Oversee all culinary operations within the hotel or outlet including recipe execution, financial profitability, staffing, SOP compliance, and regulatory adherence
- Serve as a hands-on subject matter expert for safe and quality food handling, preparation, and presentation
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop culinary associates to maintain high engagement, reduce turnover, and support internal promotions
- Foster productive relationships with Sales & Marketing, Event Management, FOH team, owners, business partners, and vendors
- Manage ordering, preparation, marketing, and recipe execution while controlling costs associated with culinary profitability
- Participate actively in property-specific monthly and year-end financial processes and reporting
- Ensure all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are met and maintained
