Job Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Three or more years of high-volume, full-service kitchen or back-of-house management experience
- Culinary degree or certification preferred
- Strong leadership and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and kitchen management software
- Must be ServeSafe certified or able to obtain certification upon hire

Job Duties
- Develop and manage weekly prep and cook schedules based on labor targets
- Execute recipes with precision according to The Sicilian Butcher's standards
- Supervise and train kitchen staff on food preparation, safety, and consistency
- Lead back-of-house team meetings and monitor ongoing training progress
- Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance at all times
- Maintain proper product ordering, inventory, and storage protocols
- Manage food costs, minimize waste, and control back-of-house expenses
- Oversee kitchen cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and organization
- Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure service alignment
- Provide coaching and corrective action when necessary
- Support successful restaurant launch and team development in the Nashville location
