Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience at Executive Chef level in a golf club, resort, hotel, or restaurant
  • degree in culinary arts or equivalent experience
  • food and safety certifications
  • knowledge of special diets (preferred)
  • proficient with POS (Micros preferred), Microsoft Office products, and social media
  • experience with private events, banquets, and a la carte
  • bilingual- Spanish (preferred)
