Job Requirements

  • Must have 5+ years high-volume restaurant management experience
  • demonstrate an understanding of business operations and financials
  • ability to manage daily shifts including scheduling and planning
  • ability to create memorable dining experiences exceeding guest expectations
  • understanding of food ingredients' flavors, aromas, and characteristics
  • commitment to maintaining product quality and restaurant cleanliness
  • capable of performing calmly and effectively in high-volume settings
  • ability to handle on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
  • knowledge of POS and OpenTable or similar reservation systems
  • proven coaching and leadership skills
  • eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • At least 5 years high-volume restaurant management experience
  • strong understanding of business operations and financials
  • experience with POS systems and digital/online reservation systems such as OpenTable
  • proven leadership and team development skills
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
